From Fedora zoom versions 5.9.6 - 5.10.7 it's no longer possible to share application window.

Currently still working with version 5.9.3 (https://zoom.us/client/5.9.3.1911/zoom_x86_64.rpm) Have anyone tried versions 5.9.4 and 5.9.5?

Yeah, this may be fixed for you in 5.11.  It was for me.

But, save yourself the trouble and try using the browser-based no-download Zoom client.  I wish I had been using it for the last two years.
