Set up Zoom meeting for project without set times

I need to set up a Zoom project meeting that can be used repeatedtly for a project, but the project does not have set meetings and times. Previously I was able to do this through recurring meetings but now that function needs a set date and time, can you help?

Just setup a meeting for a date, say next year...and just always use the same link every time you need it.
If your project is still up and running next year, just edit the meeting and set the date further away.
