Set Up Meetings with multiple attendees

Hi, I'm trying to set up staff calls without having to select all 20 people each meeting in the attendee box.

I tried setting up a group, but have not been able to successfully link the group to the invited zoom meeting.

Does anyone know a shortcut I am missing?

Hello @jevanscare

Have you tried creating a #Channel in the Zoom App>Team Chat? You can use that to communications with the Team(s), send them notifications, you can schedule meetings directly from that channel, and also start an Ad-Hoc Meeting. I am not sure if I understood your request well but this seem to fit what you are looking for.
