To conclude, any Zoom error from the 104101 to 104118 range indicates your device failed to connect to Zoom's servers. To fix the problem, check your network settings and whitelist Zoom in your antivirus and firewall settings.

How to Fix Zoom Error Code 5003 Android, iOS, and PC
    1. Fix #1 – Close and Restart Zoom.
    2. Fix #2 – Reboot the Device.
    3. Fix #3 – Check Zoom Server Status.
    4. Fix #4 – Check Firewall Settings.
    5. Fix #5 – Disable Antivirus Protection.
    6. Fix # 6 – Disable the VPN.

The documented advice for these errors is:

If you are on a network with a firewall or a proxy, contact a network administrator to check your firewall and proxy settings.

An antivirus software like AVG may be blocking your connection to Zoom. Disable the service and try again.

Check with your Internet service provider that you can connect to the Zoom service.
