Sending message before event just for subscribed participants

I need to send a message to the participants of an event sometime before the day of the event

How to do it?

To do this without manually emailing each participant you could send a message to registered participants using APIs. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you email your registered participants.
