Send out a zoom link

We have semi-regular meetings at which members vote. We use the registration function so we can confirm if the person registering is a member and can then vote at the meeting. The day of the meeting I'd like to send a link directly so people I KNOW are members as a reminder and so they can skip the registration and approval process (which in their case is unnecessary). Is there a way to both use the registration function but then send out an approved zoom link to the same meeting?

The only workaround I know is to do this. Set up a meeting with registration, and turn off automatic approval. So, manual approval is on. You register with a different email. Approve your registration. Now, you have the meeting link. Send the link out to the members whenever you want. If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution. Thank you.
