Send meeting link, ID and code to multiple emails

Hello

 

How can we make sure, that once a meeting is scheduled, all the necessary info like web link, ID and code are sent not only to organizer but also another person (to email addresses)?

    Hi @CompanyXY 

    Unfortunately, Zoom doesn't handle sharing the meeting details directly. To ensure this information is shared with all relevant parties, I'd suggest exporting the scheduled meeting to a calendar service, such as Google Calendar or Outlook, where others can be invited to the calendar event and have easy access to the meeting details.
