When I try to send files from my pc to meeting chat, the dropdown source menu does not include a computer option. This is a new development. Settings in both accounts allow file transfers. Screenshot shows dropdown.
The only prerequisites here should be that you have:
An updated Zoom Desktop Client (4.6 or higher)
Can you check this by going to your Zoom Desktop Client > Click on your PFP > Check for updates
In-meeting file transfer enabled
Log in to your Web Portal > Personal > Settings > Meeting Basic > Enable “Send files via meeting chat”. If this is already turned on can you also verify that this is enabled at the Account level: Web Portal > Admin > Account Management > Account Settings > Meeting Basic > Enable “Send files via meeting chat”.
