Security Settings - I have locked 'authentication' but want to change it to Waiting Room.

I am the account owner but the option is greyed out and the screen says 'Locked by Admin'.  As the owner I should be able to change it but cannot.  Help!

Forget it - I was in Personal settings not Admin settings.  I am new to this game.
