Second recording - unable to convert

Hi, I did a Zoom meeting yesterday and did a quick test of whether I could record and convert the discussion. I could and we carried on with the meeting. I am now unable to convert the second, half-hour 120,748 KB file which is what I need. I see a file double_click_to_convert_01.zoom but I can't get beyond the Failed to Convert Recording message including the invitation to open a destination folder and rename. Any suggestions?

I had the exact same thing happen to me.  Hope there are some answers out there.
