On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Recently when I screen share I get the message 'your screen is loading' but it doesn't' load!! I am trying to share a questionnaire with a participant, but they can't see it, and we wait but nothing happens. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help, please ?

Screen sharing is quite power intensive and sometimes there is lots of 'stuff' going on and it can not get windows or maybe mac os to react. I just stop and try again.
Lower-powered PC's will have the most trouble

Many thanks John, I wouldn't have known that. It's a bit of a pain though!! And not always convenient, time-wise, to come out and go in again. But helpful to know that could be the issue.
