Screen sharing with a Samsung z fold 3

Is it possible to screenshare with a Samsung z Fold 3 during a Zoom meeting? 

We have had someone join a meeting, but every time they try and share screen, we can only see their home screen, not them moving between apps. 

Any advice, tips, tricks or workarounds would be much appreciated
