Screen sharing options

On the Screens tab when selecting Screen Sharing, I sometimes get Entire Screen OR Application Windows option, and sometimes I don't get the Application Windows options but only the entire screen.  

I do use the zoom Timer App from time to time and not sure if this could be a factor in this issue.

same problem here. i have a macbook pro Apple M2 Pro 15.2 (24C101) 

it seems that only randomly the "application windows" is active. 

i couldn't find any logic when it appears and when not.
