Screen sharing is "paused" and I can't unpause it

When I'm in a Zoom meeting on my desktop computer, when I"m the host (and probably when I'm not), when I go to share my screen, it just says "screen sharing paused" and I don't see any way to unpause it. 

It's really frustrating. I checked settings and I can't figure out why this keeps happening.

Anyone know?

    I have same problem. That's so annoying. No matter what I try to fix any option in setting, it did not help anything

    I am having the same problem but I have two identical devices one works ok just share screen and off it goes. The other I share screen and it pauses so annoying when in a meeting and you have to fiddle around in order to get the video to play.
