Screen share disables when anyone enters the room

Greetings--my screen share function works if I am the only person in the room (say recording a video of my voice and the screen).  However as soon as someone enters the room my shared screen immediately de-shares and message box comes up that says "Screen sharing is disabled."  I have looked everywhere for a fix.  I am running Zoom as an administrator.  How do I fix this?

Click the Meeting tab. Under In Meeting (Basic), click the Screen sharing toggle to enable or disable it. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change. In the Enable Screen sharing window, click Enable to verify the change

My share screen setting was already on.  And I am running as the administrator.  The same problem persists--I can share when no one is in the room, but as soon as they enter my screen share drops.
