As a host, when Screen Sharing, can i make as default The 'Share Sound' & 'Optimize for Video Clip' options? So I don't have to remember to select these options each time I am Screen Sharing.

Hey, @RBK. I don’t think it’s possible to set this as default.

 

You could make a feature request at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new, but I doubt it would be implemented, since checking it requires extra bandwidth and CPU. It’s okay to request it when you really need it, but having those options on all the time would waste bandwidth in most cases.
