Hi, I hope you can help.

When another participant or host are sharing their screens, I am unable to see what they are sharing.

I have checked the settings and everything that I can see to be turn on to allow screen sharing has been

I am at a loss to how to move forward

Please help

Having the same problem with screen sharing, however only when I attempt to share video, if I share other documents etc., it works fine??

I can see when I share but I cannot see screens that participants share
