Screen Sharing a MP4 video Grey Screen No Audio

I have an MP4 file that I see fine, but other ZOOM viewers only see grey screen and don't hear audio.

Any suggestions?    Mac M1 Sonoma 14.1   Plays in QuicktTme Player
