I can't seem to share my screen anymore with programs associated with google chrome webbrowser. This recently started. I had tech support at best buy to check my graphics card and its ok. The problem is only there with the black screen when I share a program VIA any web browser.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with sharing your screen. Have you cleared your browser's cache and cookies as well as uninstalled/reinstalled the Zoom app? Give that a try, and let me know how it goes!
