Screen Share Pausing Suddenly Happening

I know this topic has been shared and a solution has been supplied but the post are from years ago. The solutions I've seen are from a Mac point of view.

I am running on a PC (Windows 10 Pro, 22H2) using the latest version of Zoom, 6.0.11. Everything has been working fine until this morning. I tried to screen share and Zoom looked fine then it immediately went in to "Screen sharing is paused." Is there a recent solution to this problem? I have screen shared 100's if not 1000's of times and this has me baffled. And yes, I have tried the Resume button, but it does nothing.

This happened to me today during a meeting. I had to leave my own meeting, restart zoom, rejoin the meeting, and then was able to have the share work. I'd like to not battle with the pause button but it chose violence.
