Screen Name Not Mine

When I call out out Zoon, peope see me and my name below me.  When people call me, my assistant name is below me.  This is formerly her computer.  How can I get incoming to be my name.   Is it a setting on the caller's side.  But it happens to all incoming calls.

1. Sign out of Zoom completely on that computer.

2. Sign back in with your own Zoom account credentials.

3. Go to Profile Settings → Edit My Profile and make sure your display name and email are yours.

4. Check Zoom app settings under “Account” to confirm you’re the owner, not a guest or delegate.

This isn’t an issue on the caller’s side — it’s a local or account-setting issue on your device.
