Scheduling priviledges and different time zones

Hi all,

I wonder if you could help me. 

If I have to set up a Zoom meeting using the scheduling privileges for another person who is in another time zone. Do I use their time zone when scheduling or should I use my time zone?

    My approach would be to schedule the meeting using the time zone of the host. So if you are scheduling it on behalf of someone else, I would use their timezone.
