Scheduling an Alterative Host

I need to schedule a meeting for my non-profit group.  However, I will not be available to participate in the meeting.  The person running the meeting was not able to stop or start the video recording as he was not the host.  From what I understand, I can only add a co-host during the meeting and this will not work as I will not be able to log on during the time of the meeting.  I also cannot add him as an Alternative Host because I am the only licensed user on the account.

Is there a solution to this I am over looking?  I'm new to this organization and to Zoom.

    Hi @KMM

    Those are those options.

An Alternative Host does need to be a licensed user on your Zoom account.

You could look at issuing a Host Key, but this would give access to any meetings on your account - maybe not recommended.

I am trying to add people to be alternate hosts, but it gives me an error. Any ideas?
