Scheduling a Meeting with Phone Dial in Capabilities

I'm new to the app. If I start a "New Meeting" and then copy and send invitations from the live meeting, the invites include telephone dial in information. However, when I use the "Schedule" functionality, I do not see an option to include telephone dial in information. Further, when I start a "Scheduled" meeting, I get a notice that dial in audio is not available.

 

I'm on a "Pro" account. For scheduled Zoom meetings (which I expect will typically be coordinated in advance as opposed to impromptu), I want to be able to send invites that allow telephone connections.

 

Any tips on addressing this?

    I am having the same issue and came here looking for a solution. Not feeling great that your question has been here for 4 days and no reply 😞
