Scheduling a Meeting in a Zoom Room and I want to use the Zoom Room's PMI

Hello, I recently setup a Zoom Room in my conference. The Zoom Room has it's own PMI. We have it integrated into our Outlook so the idea is for the receptionist to have the ablity to schedule zoom meetings via the calendar.

 

Our issue is that the zoom meetings are being generated through the Zoom plugin and it does not allow for her to choose the Zoom Room Meeting ID, only her own PMI or a randomly generated one. 

 

I'm on the phone with support and it doesn't seem to be going well, any ideas?
