Can I schedule a zoom meeting while one is already in progress without throwing them out?

Hi @Marina5

Yes, you can schedule as many meetings as you want on your profile, but you can only host 1 meeting at a time (unless on certain accounts that have the ability to host more meetings concurrently). If a group is using a meeting scheduled by you, you will not be able to start a meeting at the same time as them without kicking them out of their meeting.

If their meeting was scheduled by someone else, then you can do whatever you need on your profile, as the meeting limit applies to each user separately. For example, if user A and user B both scheduled their own meetings at the same time, they can both run those meetings concurrently. But, if user A schedules 2 meetings (one for themselves and another for User B), then both meetings will not be able to run at the same time, as they were both scheduled by the same user (A).

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
