Scheduling Meetings More Than A Year in Advance

Last month, I set up around 50 meetings spanning Jan-Dec 2025. This week, I am trying to schedule additional meetings for 2025, but I can't add anything past 9/24/2025. I'm following the same process as last month with similar meeting details. Is there something I need to be doing differently?
