Hi, my scheduled meetings have all disappeared from my Zoom account. They haven't been deleted, they're just not there. I need to use the same links and not create new meetings as all my clients have the links saved. I just tested one link in an email that I had sent to a client and the meeting started, so it seems to be working. Can my meetings be reinstated to my account?

I have the same problem - by logging directly into zoom rather than via browser I found the upcoming meetings (which saved my work in part) but I was NOT able to find anywahere the past meetings and I also lost the associated Description which was very useful to me - this is the biggest disappointment I have ever had - unacceptable!

I scheduled a meeting - it is in my calendar with the Zoom link but not in zoom.us or Zoom app.
Other meetings are ok

this has happened again, and what is worse is that it happened with a licensed paid account!
when I contacted zoom support, they replied that they need the ID of disappeared meetings to retrieve something, which is ridiculous: nobody takes note of zoom meeting IDs of course!

Stay vigilant with this. It took weeks of getting through the level 1 & 2 support techs before another finally talked to the engineers and verified they are secretly deleting events. Details from the engineers and our mitigation steps are here:

Keep hounding them! They won't change this stoopid rule (which they clearly are ashamed since they don't advertise it) until there is enough noise.

I have the same problem--is this because of the most recent update?

I'm having the same issue.
As well as all previous reports and recordings are gone.
