Scheduled meeting chat

Good day, I scheduled a meeting and posted a message to the participants in the meeting chat however I got this notice: that x email address is an external user and cannot be added and to Change my privacy settings to add the user, but I am not seeing anything is privacy to adjust.

It's possible that the contact has not yet accepted the invitation request, or your organization's owner or administrator has disabled the option to add external contacts.

Thank you for the response. You can change the settings by following the steps here.

You can adjust Zoom Team Chat external settings for the entire account or at the Group level for specific user groups or departments, allowing for more detailed control. Some settings are exclusively accessible at the Group-level.
