Schedule a meeting with screen sharing for everyone.

Hi, how are you?

I've been trying to schedule a meeting where everyone can share their screen at any time, without me (the host) having to enter the meeting to change that option. I haven't found this option and it bothers me to have to be the first one to enter the meeting to allow sharing.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Please see if this works.  Do this from the web. Sign in to Zoom.US

1. Click Settings
2. Go to In Meeting (Basic)
3. Turn on screen sharing
4. Select All participants

I've attached an image showing all four steps. I also tested by creating a meeting and sending out the invite.  I joined as a participant and shared my screen without the host being in the meeting. I did no waiting room.  If this answers your question, please click Accept Solution.
