Saved meeting chat missing messages

Hi all,

I administrate a Zoom account at my workplace and a user has contacted me regarding a cloud recording for her meeting. The meeting is over two hours long and there are no chat messages saved before the 46 minute mark in the meeting. This is the case both with the chat displayed next to the recording and with the downloadable .txt file of the chat.

 

I saw that there was a glitch last year with chat messages being deleted when users return from a breakout room, but this meeting did not have any breakouts.
