Save a zoom recording to my computer

 I have several cloud recordings and want to save them to my computer. The recordings are sent to me but I am unable to save them  to my computer. If I delete them even if shared they disappear.

    If you log into your Zoom portal, you can go to Personal > Recordings and download the cloud recordings directly to your local PC.

    Hi DianeDyon,

     

    You may want to ask your admin if they have given you permission to download recordings.
