Hello everyone,

I am a co-organizer of a one-day event.

Previously, I was able to connect to Zoom and play music during my events and it all work fine.

Now, Zoom is integrated into our new Learning Platform, and when I connect to this platform as a co-host I cannot share the computer sound or, even, choose the background I normally use in Zoom. 

Do you think I should ask my colleague to be the main host to be able to share videos and the computer sound?

Or do you have any ideas?

I doubt I am the only one facing this issue.
