SIde-by-side mode and grey boxes covering a shared screen

I cannot seem to locate the share screen and side-by-side mode boxes in settings to use during my meetings when showing a power point presentation. When I do show it I always end up with at least 3 gray boxes covering the screen and it shows up on the viewer side and in my recordings. Any solutions for my issues?

      Hi @deblaw123 @YJ21 I believe those grey boxes are the window filtering when Managing advanced screen sharing settings. Within the KB there are Screen capture modes. These options refer to the method we use to capture the screen for screen sharing. Changing this setting could result in some content, such as drop-down menus or modals, not being shared (appearing in those grey boxes), suggest doublechecking those settings to see if you experience changes when sharing screen.

      Hi,
      I do not have a screen share icon on my settings page.

      1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
      2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
      3. Click the Share Screen icon.

        Does anyone know why and if there is a way to get it?
