Public Service Announcement Zoom, chat box does not help.

Does anyone who uses Zoom know how to check for updates?   Nothing I see on line is helping me and I do not pay for an upgraded concierge service.

Last week, I thought that I upgraded it, but I cannot tell how to see if I updated or not.  and now the program does not allow me to SCREEN SHARE.  I have logged in and out, etc.   I  know how to screen share, but it will not
do it.    ERROR 0!   

Thanks.  I use this for non profit work and coaching . , , , I need to be able to use the BASIC  features.  

I do not see THIS drop down in my profile. SIGH (which was Zoom's online 'answer' to my problem.
