Reversing touch up my appearance

I tried touch up my appearance.  Hated the orange lipstick effect.  Toggled it off and rebooted computer.  Still have orange lips despite the change/reversal.  Please advise how to rectify.

Hello,

 

Touch up your appearance is not the issue. Zoom Filters and Effects has the lipstick effect. The lipstick colour can be changed to many colours.

 

Settings > Background and effects > video filters > Studio Effects > Lip colour

Pick the no effect icon (circle with  slash) to disable it.
