Retrieving an old user report

Our company (a training center) missed to download a user report at the proper time (our fault). Now I know there's a limit in the time span we can go back to retrieve user reports, for us that's (now) May 2023, but the meeting we need to retrieve (for a requested control by Italian authorities) was in December 2022. Is there any chance to retrieve that report? with a special request or anything else? Thank you for reading.
