Hello,
We are trying to retrieve a Recording for our non-profit Organisation. It was a Virtual Walk for Mental Health Month...unfortunately the Team Member used her private account not the paid Zoom account.
Can we pay a fee and retrieve it as a once off for our Team?

If the meeting was hosted on a Basic (free) account, no Cloud Recording would have been made - nor would the option have been available.
Free (basic) meetings can only be recorded locally - not in the cloud.
If you event was a walk, I am assuming it was done on a mobile device.
Local recordings are not supported on mobile devices - only via the desktop client.
A Cloud Recording can be initiated from a mobile device on a Paid account, but this would not have been available on a free/basic meeting.
