Retrieve past meetings last year when I did not download them or upgrade my subscription

I am a doctoral student and there are several Zoom interviews which I did not download. I did not upgrade my subscription and now when I access my account there are no folders- nothing. I am in a state of panic. please advise a solution. I need to listen to these meetings and transcribe them, otherwise I will lose valuable data.

    Hi @Lovina2, welcome to the community! Are you referring to accessing recording management? If so, you will need to enable cloud recording, which requires to have a Pro, Business, Education or Enterprise account; therefore, you will need to repurchase or upgrade your account to access those recordings.
