Remote Control seems to be missing

I give support to my users in the state as I moved to Norway.
I use the free version of zoom.
In the past I was able to request remote control so I could help them quickly. My last help session was in July and it was available. But tonight I cannot find out how to ask for remote control.

Is it still available?
