Remote Control for participant doesn't work

When I share my screen and enable the remote control with my participants, they can't actually control my screen. They can only move the mouse around but can not click or access anything.

      I've been having the same issue for a few months intermittently: my remote participant can move the mouse around but can't click, select, or click-drag. We both have the latest version. I'm on a mac & the issue arises with participants on mac and PC. My rebooting sometimes fixes for a while.

      I’m on Mac as well .. just tried updating os, not sure if that will help.

      Thanks for the suggestion. I've been on the latest MacOS for a while.

      Going through the same thing, also on mac...driving me crazy as this is a huge part of my lessons....and zoom has been no help!
