Reminder to client has wrong time zone

When ZOOM sends a reminder email to my clients it is coming to them with the WRONG TIME.  We are both in Eastern Timezone and the meeting was scheduled in Eastern Time and my Profile is set to Eastern Time.  But the email reminders are showing Coordinated Universal Time which is 3 hours later than the scheduled time.

 

How do I prevent this from happening?

You could double check the timezone in your Zoom account. If the issue persists there are other alternative ways to send reminders for Zoom meetings in the correct timezone. One option available in the Zoom marketplace is Salepager, which lets you send reminders for Zoom meetings.
