Hi There,

 

Is there any way to change the name on the e-mail? I want to use my company name instead of Zoom. I have shared the screenshot below in order to clarify.

    Hi @ogretmenagi – at this time, this is not an option for Zoom Meetings.

    Change webinar email settings for a specific webinar

    • Email Contact: Change the name and email address that will show as "reply-to" for your webinar emails.

    You can change the name, but not he email address. To do this, you need to edit the name of the profile of the ZOOM license holder that is setting up the meeting. S instead of having the profile name as ZOOM 2 change it to your company name.

    Hi Robert,

     

    I'm experiencing the same issue and I'm trying to locate the place to change our license holder name from Zoom. So far I've been unsuccessful. I've found the "my profile" area and made sure our name there displays as our business name, and it does. 

     

    Would you be able to help me with where I could find the "Zoom" license holder name?
