Registrant getting kicked out of scheduled meeting and cannot join back

We are facing an issue of our users are while they are attending the meeting are taken out of the meeting and they are not able to join back. 
This doesn't happen with all users. It happens randomly. But we are getting a lot of complaints from the users. 
If we share the meeting link  they can join. But not through the app SDK. Since it doesn't happen all time, we couldn't duplicate this. Please help us to find a solution for this.

Click the Meeting tab. Under In-Meeting (Basic), verify that Allow removed participants to rejoin is enabled. Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.

Thanks for your reply. But I have enabled this already.
