Registered guests being asked to register when joining a meeting

Last Friday many registered guests that were approved could not join a meeting, being prompted to register.

Some said that when they did register again they could then join.

Apparently desktop users did not have this problem.

 

DO ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS?

    Has there been a response to this? We keep running into this problem, whether as a webinar or meeting. We register our members in advance but they are still asked to fill out the registration form when they click on the join link that Zoom sent them via email.
