Recurring participant was unable to log in to weekly meeting.

A regular participant was prompted by zoom to update app version.  Participant did, then was prompted to open URL Zoom Launcher and did.  Participant was not able to go to next step, waited for a considerable amount of time, thus missed the meeting.  Any suggestions on how to resolve.  Thank you for your reply.

Hi @drm23 do you know if the participants Zoom client actually opened from the invite url in the web browser? Or, were they just received an endless "connecting" when attempting to join the meeting? Do you also mind sharing the version of Zoom the participant is using as well as device? Looking forward to your reply!
