Recurring Meeting Reports

Registration data on my recurring meeting isn't showing up on my meeting reports page. I've searched by date and meeting ID. I'm getting data on one-time meetings, so I know I have the right settings in place.

 

Any ideas?

Hi, @KateW,

 

A few questions:

  •  Can you see the registration data at the bottom of a Meeting on your Meetings menu?
  •  Is this recurring meeting with a set frequency, or ”No set frequency”?
  •  Are you looking at a specific Meeting instance that has already occurred, or one still in the future?

 I’ll run some tests once I know the parameters we’re looking at and see if I can figure this out for you.
