My "Cloud Recording Add-On Plan" is expired so that I can not access recorded meeting.

I saw the guidance to recover Cloud Recording Add-On Plan on the page as attached.

1)  How can I recover the previous recorderd meeting

2) How to apply "Cloud Recording Add-On Plan"

In the navigation menu, click Recordings. At the top right, you will see a Trash icon if there are any cloud recordings in the trash. Click the icon to see any deleted cloud recordings. Click Recover on the right to retrieve the recording.

Regards,
James

Thank you for your nice reply!!

But I could not find the trash icon, I guess the reason that I could not see my record is because my recording plan is expired.

So I would like to know how to recover the plan.

Thank you very much,  Jameswalter, anyway!

Hi @kaedepoo

You need to be a licensed user on a Paid account to have access to your cloud recordings. If you subscribe to Zoom One Pro again, you should regain access.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Hi Bort,

Thank you for advice!

I'll try that. Thank you!
