Recovering files sent thru Zoom Chat after meeting has ended.

Hello, does anyone know how I can recover a pdf file that was sent to me through the chat feature? I clicked on it during the meeting and it sent to my download file, but once the meeting was over, it was no longer there. I have searched every single file on my computer and nada. It is essential for me to recover this file to finish my job. pleeeeease tell me it can be recovered???

Just tested this on my end and the file should still exist after ending the meeting. On macOS, the file was automatically saved to my Downloads folder, while on Windows I was able to specify where the file was saved to. In both cases, the file was still present after ending the meeting in the location it was saved to.

I had the same issue as well except I use either an Android cellphone or tablet.

Your downloaded files on Android devices typically go to the Downloads folder. You can usually find this folder in the Files app or My Files app, depending on your device's manufacturer.

Please I am currently experiencing this. I can't find the file on my mobile phone. I joined a zoom meeting on my mobile phone and a document was sent and I can't find it.
