Recover deleted recordings

Hi, I accidentally deleted some very important recordings from the Trash on the 14/01. Is there anyway these can be recovered? Thanks

based on these support articles, i do not think recordings in trash deleted by the user can be recovered.  you should open a support ticket to know for sure.

Select the external device. Identify the path of your external memory storage and select your device as the target location. 
Step 2: Scan your device. 
Step 3: Preview and recover deleted call recordings.
